LIVER SUBSTANCE CHANGE

Lecithin is a phospholipid and contains large amounts of choline. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function.

 

Electrolyte content

Alkaline magnesium from nettles, spinach and seawater contributes to the maintenance of a normal electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function.

Consumption recommendation

In the evening, stir a lightly heaped tablespoon into 1/4 litre of (warm or cold) water and drink slowly.
